Angela is a sensitive teenager and her fanatically religious father has forced her to dress and work like a boy in his gas station. When Beth, who has a split personality, escapes from the sanitarium, she meets Angela. Beth tempts Angela to be a real girl by wearing Angela mother's clothes. Then both become a lethal combination.

Sins of the Past

A ring of call girls leaves the "business" when one of them is murdered. The survivors change their names and leave town. However, they are reunited 15 years later when another one of them is murdered and the rest realize that they are all being tracked by the same serial killer.

Molly and Lawless John

Molly, the shy, romance-starved wife of an arrogant frontier sheriff, finds herself drawn to a prisoner in her husband's jail. This prisoner, a handsome young man named Johnny, plays on Molly's sympathy and convinces her to help him escape. Molly then accompanies Johnny on his cross-country flight but soon learns he's simply been using her. Molly makes the best of the situation, however, and by the time the sheriff's posse catches up with them, Molly shows that she's learned how to assert herself.

Writer/director Paul Maunder's second drama after his award-winning Going Up North for a While is a portrait of a woman's mental health crisis. In part one Julie (Denise Maunder) is haunted by her birth mother's breakdown. Her inner monologue narrates events; Julie hopes marriage and a job will "cure" her, and falls pregnant. After a traumatic delivery, she suffers an acute episode and is admitted into care.
