Love
LOVE is a short film describing affection in 3 different chapters, through an impact on a distant solar system.
Symphony No. 42
The film applies an unconventional narrative. It presents a subjective world through 47 scenes. The small events, interlaced by associations, express the irrational coherence of our surroundings. The surreal situations are based on the interactions of humans and nature.
Solar Walk
This award-winning animated mind-bender is a by turns whimsical, mysterious, and psychotropic vision of deep-space discovery.
Intermission
Repetitive still standing movement, an exploration of the visual image for its own sake. A projection of mental images, which are formed while listening to music. From the simple act of drawing a line, to the intricate movement and complex structure of animation that is able to self-generate.
Don't Know Where Going
A little animated conversation between Peter Millard and Reka Bucsi. We drew 250 frames each, than swapped frames. I animated on his sequence, and he did the same thing on mine. Without knowing where the other person was going, we animated straight ahead without a plan. The film was part of an exhibition we did together at Vienna Museumsquartier - ASIFAKEIL
Stories In Place: Plante.
Plante is a slow lifestyle plantshop in the heart of Budapest, Hungary that was forced to think beyond their physical store. Réka Bucsi captures this moment of transition through animated flora.
