The Thief and the Dogs

This film, inspired by Naguib Mahfouz' The thief and the dogs, tells the story of Mahran, a thief who quickly ascends to be the head of his gang. However, his second in command conspires against Mahran to take his position and his wife. After his prison term, Mahran is thirsty for revenge. But being chased by the police and by his new enemies destines him to a tragic life in hiding.

The Beast

Abdel Sabour was a thief and a smuggler known as The Beast to the people in one of the villages of upper Egypt; everyone was afraid of him, including the police. He enjoyed the protection of Redwan Pasha, who in turn used him during elections to eliminate his rivals. Officer Raouf Saleh was sent to the village with his wife and son with the assignment of arresting The Beast. However The Beast and his gang worked together from the beginning trying to dispose of the officer and his family in any way possible.

Struggle of the Heroes

A difficult period in Egypt in the year 1947, when the villages of Egypt attacked cholera. A doctor (Shukri), who tried to serve the villagers to save them from poverty and hunger, is appointed in a village. The Widow and The Devil

The rich widow Hanan frequently visits the shop where Lubna works, which plans with her lover Atef to blackmail Hanan. Hanan gives them a room attached to the villa garden to get married. Atef succeeds in seducing Hanan into his love, Lubna rebels against them, so Atef claims to kill her and hides her body in a deserted place, a telephone woman threatens her to report the police about the crime to blackmail her.

Al Sharabiya

Toha and her mother work to transport the cargos in carriages on behalf of the teacher Shehata, who exploits them and they cannot stand in front of him, until Toha gets to know Shawqi, the head of the station and responsible for the supply loads that are transported on trains, to help her get rid of the teacher Shehata, and fall in love with her and marry her, so that Shehata decides to take revenge.
