Legendary fighter Wu Song is sent to prison in Mengzhou province after murdering his sister-in-law and her lover. Hong Kong Hot Harbor

German journalist Peter Holberg arrives in Hong Kong and, by accident, he is carrying a microfilm that was destined to local gang lord, Marek.
