Ichiro Miki is a child living in the industrial district of Kawasaki, where his parents' constant struggle to make ends meet often leaves the schoolboy alone. Go Nagai's Scary Zone 2: Senki

Nagai Go no Kowai Zone 2: Senki is a Japanese direct-to-video horror film released in 1990 by the Bandai Media Division.
