Warriors called "Saints" are the champions of hope who have always appeared since the Age of Myth whenever evil threatens the world. The movie starts off with Ryotsu (with Honda as his patsy) hatching another crackpot scam with a fake UFO sighting (via fake crop circles and a wire-hanging UFO). But the plan fails per usual, with the Kameari Park Police Box which results in Ohara punishes Ryotsu by subtracting him from the station's group vacation to Hawaii the following day.
