The film features a dystopian near-future world which has been split into three. The Third World are the owners of all of the world's resources and are now able to hold the United States and Europe to ransom.

Fabula

Small-town criminal Jos (55) has, to his great frustration, been completely sidelined. His daughter disrespects him, his wife doesn't trust him, and his friends laugh at him openly. As he scrambles to fix a drug deal that went catastrophically wrong, he desperately searches for an answer to the question: Who or what is punishing me!?

Paria

Samuel (35) and Sarah (33) Ofori, together with their daughter Faith (15), have fled their home country of Ghana. When working as a police officer, Samuel was on the trail of a corruption scandal, but has since then felt that his life is in danger.
