The Light

Spain, 19th century. In a small coastal village, Olalla and her family prepare to live a very special night, during which it is mandatory to comply with a single rule: no light must remain on.

The Den

While Mario is driving under the rain, he finds a woman in the middle of the road, disoriented and covered in blood, who does not remember where she has been or what happened to her. Looking for assistance, Mario stops at a quiet bar called The Den.

The Red Virgin

Hildegart is conceived and educated by her mother Aurora to be the woman of the future, to become one of the most brilliant minds of Spain in the 1930s and one of the European references on female sexuality.
