In a fictional Central European country democracy and freedom are only illusion, because behind polished surface there's many cases of murders and manipulations with the people. Police and city authorities are helpless when it comes to revealing the evil and culprits behind it. In the center of this story is the writer Ivan Gajski, whose friend died under sketchy circumstances. Gajski reveals that those who most advocate democracy are not only the same involved in these crimes, but they also did some of the murders as a part of TV production...

Remembrance of Georgia

The doyen of national theater, Dado Telebuh, goes through psychological crisis after being dumped by his lover Ivan Starcevic, who got involved in a romantic relationship with Jurica Pavicic. Alone in his apartment, Dado tries to find comfort in all-night telephone conversations via SOS service, who provide him with psychological support in the form of nun called Sanja Separovic. For his characters, much disputed Croatian director Jakov Sedlar used real names of the film critics and public figures who disdained his cinematic work.

Agony

To pay off his gambling debts, Lembach, an ex-officer of Austro-Hungarian army, extorts money from his wife Laura and her lover Krizovec. Krizovec himself has a love affair with Russian countess Georgievna, who herself is also into romantic relationship with another Russian countess. This tetragonal love affair comes to its boiling point.

A young couple have settled in a new flat. Soon somebody begins watching them and they receive great amounts of money from an unknown sender.
