It centres on the eyewitnesses who, together with thousands of other people who had fled East Germany, were in the garden of the West German Embassy in Prague on the evening of the 30 September 1989.

Falk and Hans masquerade as different kinds of service providers to scout companies before breaking into them. When they disguise as event hosts, Falk discovers his affection for the show business which puts the friendship to the test.
