Lamb on the Spit

Brothers and their sister come to their native village on their deceased father's burial. Each of them has own plan of taking particular area of property, but in the will their father left behind it is stated they can use the lot only together. They leave the village in disappointment.

The White Wall

A young painter comes to the monastery where he's supposed to paint Virgin Mary. There he meets and falls in love with a beautiful novice named Agripina, eventually modeling his artwork by her appearance. This gets him in trouble with the church canons and Mother Superior, and he leaves.

Golden Years

City council of Prilep, Macedonia, decide to ruin the old part of the town and built new housings there. Unable to stop the demolition, the shoemaker Dimko and other local craftsmen throw an all-night party for the memory of the last day of bazaar.

The Saint from Slatina

After death of his wife, Stojan is proclaimed by his fellow villagers to be a living saint. They thought God will have mercy upon them, and life in their village would become better and happier. Stojan liked this at start, he got used of his nickname and listening to people's problems and sins. However, he gets fed up of this burden that is not easy to get rid of.
