The Richest Man in Town

The conflicting views of two leading citizens in a small town are reconciled when they come across a promoter who is planning to defraud the town. He is reformed by the daughter of one.

Our heroes head to a wide-open town in search of a gang of desperadoes, headed by swarthy Noah Beery Jr. Along the way, Elliot and Ritter find time to pitch woo to leading lady Eileen O'Hearn. The Devil's Trail was based on a story with the more intriguing title "The Town in Hell's Backyard."

Thunder Over the Prairie

An evil land baron uses the local Indians as laborers and then finds legal methods to cheat them of their pay. The reservation physician Steve Monroe does his best to thwart the villain by peaceable methods.
